Sentiment Analysis (감성 분석) 란

텍스트에 담긴 감정이나 의견을 자동으로 분석하는 작업 (긍정, 부정, 중립)

리뷰 분석, 소셜 미디어 분석, 고객 피드백 처리 등에 많이 사용용

  • "I love this movie!" → 긍정 (Positive)
  • "This is the worst product ever." → 부정 (Negative)
  • "The book was okay, nothing special." → 중립 (Neutral)
